of age
Need
a minimum of two age-appropriate doses of pneumococcal
conjugate vaccine (PCV), or fewer as medically-appropriate
for the child’s age.
(b) Children 12 months through 59 months of age
Need at least one dose of PCV on or after their
first birthday.

age
At

2008.
Completion of one dose of influenza
